How to use maca?

Based on 75kg body weight, the recommended daily dosage of maca is approximately 3-9grams(1 teaspoon with approximately 3grams). Typically maca is taken with an empty stomach for optimal absorption, honey or sugar can be added according to personal preference. Whether taken with hot water or protein shake or soup, studies have shown most people consuming 9 grams daily of 100% maca show signs of improvement after 90 days of usage.
